 Rain falling somewhere else

Here it is soothing noise

A gutter overflowing its rim

Fast from the downpour over the lock

Not a repetition but continuation of nature

The ebb and flow of seasons

Returning warmth of the sun

Will put my heart into someone new

Keep the river flowing

Into mid-summer night dreams.
