 The sky darkened layered blue

Wind whipped up branches laden green

The storm has passed with rumbles

Stretched itself out to the east

Girls in summer embrace the cool wave

Steaming dry sidewalks their playground

A fisherman in his boat on a foggy lake

Sky lightens, fish come up for air

Insects dropping from overhanging boughs

The fish are bubbling up bubbles

Makes the air fresh
