Two car garage stuffed with boxes

To where can we recline? Never mind

Can we have any comfort in our time

Can we live near sons and daughters 

Who will take care of us sick old farters

Grandchildren; future starters

What can we use for peace of mind

Can we walk though our adopted towns

Appreciating nature by moving around

Can we make it up the stairs to heaven

Three years since our lives had leavened 

Hug each other's frailties

Give each other strength to carry on

Success that we are alive and smiling

No need to pack the carry on

What we carried on our backs

It no longer matters what we own

That's a natural fact
