Big Rock Park to Bridgewater 

She ends where the Ohio River bends

She sings with waterfalls locks

Canal boats from Erie to New Orleans

The eagle nest from las t yearlings sire

Flown over little rolling mountains 

Diving for fish in the green current

Pass over rapids stocked trout

How it brings the fishermen out

Along the shore road parks

I'll bring my rod to cast in the line

Bringing out nothing would be fine

Catching and throwing it back

Isn't that the way life goes on the river

Alongside trains of human track

Lure of the wild growing
